We are seeking an Audio/Visual Support Engineer to join our team. This role will involve providing white-glove onsite Audio/Visual support for conference rooms, executive meetings, webinars, and enterprise collaboration technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience with Crestron AV systems, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom conferencing solutions, desktop support, and IT infrastructure with a passion for delivering exceptional end-user and executive support.

Trilyon is seeking an experienced Audio/Visual Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support for enterprise conference rooms, executive meetings, and collaboration environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Audio/Visual equipment, conferencing solutions, and supporting end users during business-critical meetings and events. This position requires excellent customer service, strong technical troubleshooting abilities, and experience supporting enterprise collaboration technologies.

• Provide white-glove onsite support for executive meetings, webinars, town halls, and conference room events.
• Prepare conference rooms at least one hour before scheduled meetings and verify all Audio/Visual equipment is fully operational.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Crestron Audio/Video systems.
• Configure and support Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom conferencing environments.
• Perform onsite troubleshooting of conference room technology, collaboration devices, and presentation systems.
• Support Windows-based conference room devices and collaboration hardware.
• Monitor meetings and remain onsite throughout critical events to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Perform physical installation, replacement, and removal of Audio/Visual equipment and related hardware.
• Replace faulty components including power supplies, hard drives, cables, adapters, and network interface cards.
• Perform hardware diagnostics, power cycling, hard resets, and soft resets as required.
• Connect, label, test, and troubleshoot network cables, fiber connections, and communication links.
• Perform rack and stack activities, cable management, equipment labeling, and infrastructure organization.
• Maintain Audio/Visual equipment inventory, spare parts, and asset records.
• Track hardware serial numbers and lifecycle management information.
• Coordinate with remote Level 2 and infrastructure support teams during troubleshooting activities.
• Provide deskside support for end users experiencing conference room or collaboration technology issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on conference room technology to ensure maximum uptime.
• Assist with conference room upgrades, technology refreshes, and new equipment deployments.
• Document incidents, resolutions, equipment changes, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational IT standards and security policies.
• Support executive leadership and VIP users with high-priority technical assistance.
• Participate in infrastructure and collaboration technology improvement projects.
• Assist with testing firmware upgrades and software updates for AV equipment.
• Coordinate vendor support for hardware repairs and warranty replacements.
• Provide user guidance on Teams, Zoom, and collaboration best practices.
• Maintain excellent customer service while supporting high-profile meetings and events.

• 5 7+ years of experience in Audio/Visual Support, Desktop Support, or IT Infrastructure Services.
• Strong experience supporting Crestron Audio/Video solutions.
• Experience configuring and supporting Microsoft Teams conferencing solutions.
• Experience supporting Zoom conference room technologies.
• Strong knowledge of conference room setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting Windows desktop operating systems.
• Experience performing hardware installation and break-fix activities.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience with asset management and inventory tracking.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues independently.
• Strong customer service and executive support experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Ability to lift and install Audio/Visual equipment when required.

• ITIL certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of ITIL Service Management processes.
• Experience supporting executive leadership and VIP conference rooms.
• Experience with enterprise collaboration platforms.
• Familiarity with enterprise ticketing systems.
• Experience supporting large corporate events and webinars.
