The focus of the Brokerage Operations Representative is to provide outstanding customer service to Fidelity shareholders by accurately establishing and updating brokerage accounts and all related features. Responsibilities include accurately processing client's requests received through various channels. You will not be responsible for handling inbound client phone calls
The Brokerage Operations organization is comprised of several middle office functions that support Fidelity's Wealth and Brokerage associates and Retail end-clients with new accounts, inbound transfer of assets, and account features.
