We’re hiring an enthusiastic Charity Events Assistant to support charity events, fundraising campaigns, nonprofit programs, and community outreach initiatives .

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build a career in event planning, fundraising, nonprofit marketing, community outreach, or event coordination . No previous experience is required — we provide paid training, mentorship, and professional development.

You’ll work alongside an experienced team to help organize engaging events, connect with community members, and support nonprofit organizations and meaningful causes.

Charity Events Assistant Responsibilities

• Assist with charity events, fundraising events, and community programs .
• Support event setup, registration, logistics, and onsite coordination.
• Welcome and assist attendees, donors, volunteers, and community members.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and create positive event experiences.
• Assist with volunteer coordination, event communication, and outreach activities.
• Track attendance, collect feedback, and support event reporting.
• Work with event coordinators and team members to ensure successful event execution.
• Represent nonprofit partners professionally at community events and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment .
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Interest in charity events, fundraising, nonprofit organizations, marketing, or community outreach .
• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework is a plus.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and special events.

Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, volunteering, fundraising, or event coordination is helpful but not required .
