Salary: $37,440 - 43,056 per year Requirements:

• We require candidates to be at least 18 years old.
• We require a high school diploma or GED.
• We need the ability to read and understand simple written instructions and correspondence.
• We need the ability to follow basic one- or two-step directions.
• We require basic math proficiency, including whole numbers, fractions, decimals, percentages, and ratios.
• We need strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• We require the ability to stand continuously throughout the shift.
• We require the ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• We require the ability to lift cartons above shoulder level to approximately 8 feet.
• We need the ability to bend, twist, squat, kneel, climb, crouch, crawl, push, pull, and stoop.
• We require the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• We require passing a background check and drug test.

• We manually place and assemble components on circuit boards using detailed instructions and visual aids.
• We perform repetitive electronic assembly work.
• We visually inspect components for correct placement, insertion, and quality.
• We use barcode scanners and small hand tools.
• We label, handle, and organize components and completed assemblies properly.
• We monitor parts bins and restock them as needed.
• We maintain accurate production and progress records.
• We follow established safety, quality, security, and production procedures.
• We keep our work area clean and organized in line with 5S standards.
• We work under the direction of manufacturing supervisors and line management.
• We complete other duties as assigned.

We are Kable Workforce Solutions, hiring Assemblers for our client in the Florence, KY area. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with 11-hour continental shifts. We offer multiple shift options, including 1st shift at $18.00/hr and 3rd shift at $20.70/hr, with schedules running Sunday-Tuesday plus every other Wednesday or Thursday-Saturday plus every other Wednesday.
