The Role

We are hiring a Social Content Creator who can run the full creative pipeline of a piece of social content end to end — from concept and storyboard to shooting, editing, and publishing. You will independently ideate, create, edit, and publish content across all social platforms.

What You’ll Own

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging short-form and long-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and X/Twitter.
• Appear on camera regularly in social videos, livestreams, and branded content.
• Independently shoot, edit, and package social-first content with fast turnaround times.
• Produce polished, high-performing video edits using platform-native styles, trending formats, motion graphics, and optimized pacing for engagement.
• Design compelling social graphics, thumbnails, text overlays, and promotional assets for social distribution.
• Use AI creative tools to generate images and content variations that enhance social storytelling.
• Monitor social trends, memes, creators, and emerging platform behaviors.
• Develop content concepts aligning with trending conversations while maintaining brand voice.
• Assist in building monthly social content calendars and campaign concepts.
• Create weekly trend and competitive analysis reports to support content strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and leadership teams.
• Stay current on evolving social platform algorithms and editing trends.

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 1 year of experience creating social-first content for brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing short-form video editing and content creation across platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in video editing software.
• Strong graphic design skills using relevant tools.
• Experience creating motion graphics and platform-native video enhancements.
• Hands-on experience using AI creative tools.
• Strong understanding of internet culture and viral storytelling mechanics.
• Ability to work independently on the full content pipeline.
• Excellent organizational and collaboration skills.
• Must be able to travel for team meetings and events.
• Comfortable working evenings or weekends during launches.

Preferred

• Experience growing brand social media accounts with measurable engagement.
• Experience with photography and mobile-first content production.
• Familiarity with social analytics tools.
• Experience working in lifestyle, entertainment, or dating brands.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
