Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality, patient-focused care in a MinuteClinic environment.

The RN will assess patients, administer treatments and medications, support vaccinations and clinical procedures, perform testing, document in the EMR, and collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and obtain medical histories
• Obtain vital signs and collect specimens
• Administer vaccinations, injections, and medications as appropriate
• Perform phlebotomy and point-of-care testing
• Document patient information accurately in EMR/EHR systems
• Support providers with clinical procedures
• Educate patients regarding treatment and vaccinations
• Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA compliance
• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care
• Support efficient clinic workflow and patient experience

Required Qualifications

• BSN degree required
• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of work
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience
• Recent experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room
• Experience with phlebotomy/specimen collection
• Experience with vaccine administration
• Experience with point-of-care testing
• EMR/EHR experience; Epic preferred
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC
• Ability to work 30 hours per week
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Ability to work 7 10 hour shifts during clinic operating hours

Important Experience Requirement

Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Nursing Homes, Home Health, or LTAC will not be considered.

We are specifically seeking candidates with recent Primary Care, Urgent Care, Emergency Room, or comparable outpatient clinical experience .

Schedule & Training

• 30 hours per week
• Typically 2 3 weekdays plus every other weekend
• Shifts will be approximately 7 10 hours
• Work schedules are created in 6-week blocks
• Approximately 3 weeks of training/orientation before the regular schedule begins
• Some major holiday coverage is required
• Candidates must be available to complete the initial training without conflicting time off

• Screenshot of active RN license
• Screenshot of current BLS certification
• BLS must be from AHA or ARC
• BLS expiration must be at least 30 days beyond the start date
• Completed candidate questionnaire
