Salary: $80,000 - 100,000 per year Requirements:

• We prefer a background in process improvement or systems enhancement initiatives.
• We prefer prior experience in a CRM-centered or data-driven position.

• We serve as the primary administrator for our CRM platform, handling configuration, upkeep, and issue resolution.
• We support integrations, add-ons, system enhancements, and vendor communication.
• We lead or assist with CRM initiatives such as upgrades, data migrations, and new functionality rollouts.
• We manage user access, permissions, roles, and overall system security and ease of use.
• We create and maintain standards, workflows, naming conventions, and SOP documentation.
• We provide training and ongoing assistance to users across the organization.
• We support workflow automation and process optimization efforts.
• We monitor system performance and ensure best-practice compliance.
• We develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visual displays using Power BI and CRM reporting tools.
• We write and refine SQL queries, views, and stored procedures for data extraction and analysis.
• We design and maintain databases, tables, and data structures that support reporting and warehousing requirements.
• We collaborate with stakeholders to define and track KPIs, metrics, and performance measures.
• We analyze data to ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, and relevant to the business.
• We implement data validation, governance, and quality assurance processes.
• We support recurring monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, including archival tasks.
