This new grant-funded position, made possible through United Way of Greater Nashville’s Read to Succeed initiative, is an exciting opportunity for an experienced early childhood educator to make a lasting impact on children, families, and teachers.
As the Early Childhood Instructional Coach, you will provide coaching, professional development, classroom support, and literacy-focused instruction to ensure educators have the tools and confidence to prepare children for kindergarten success. This position will split time between Equally Created’s Bellevue and South Nashville early learning centers, providing consistent coaching and support to educators at both locations.
