Alpha & Omega Kids Developmental Services LLC is an Early Intervention Program for children from birth -3 years of age. Alpha was founded to help bridge the gap for children with developmental delays throughout the five boroughs in New York City. We have a growing large pool of clinicians and Service Coordinators who are always striving to meet the needs and goals of children who are developmentally delayed .
At Alpha & Omega Kids Developmental Services LLC, Early Intervention Services, our goal is to support all clinicians in meeting their professional goals, as well as helping them reach the goals for the children they service.
We are seeking a qualified Staffing Coordinator for our home-based Early Intervention Program throughout the five boroughs in New York City. Alpha & Omega Kids is seeking a dynamic individual to coordinate Early Intervention referrals to their respective disciplines for Occupational Therapy, ABA , Special Instruction , Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy , and Social Work services.
All candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, be highly motivated, and have experience working with young children with disabilities and developmental delays.

Job Role:
The Staffing Coordinator will receive referrals for children ages birth through three years of age and pair them with th e appropriate service providers . The Staffing Coordinator should possess a dynamic personality , be able to keep up with the fast-paced needs of the company, communicate effectively with clinicians, Service Coordinators, and families who refer children to our growing Early Intervention program approved by the NYS Department of Health & Mental Hygiene Bureau of Early Intervention.
The ideal candidate will possess the following Key Qualities:
Maintain guidelines working with infants and toddlers
Culturally sensitive and respectful
Dynamic approach to children with disabilities and their familie s
Skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft office and typing abilities
Strong sales background with a proven history of success
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage high volume data, track staffed cases
Ability to problem solve and make quick decisions
Ability to prioritize tasks based on the needs of the department
Key responsibilities:
Process referral for services in a timely manner
Assign appropriate provider to referrals
Track staffing process
Update information in the automated system for ongoing services
Open new child charts for new referrals and file all reports and paperwork in the chart
Inform team of IFSP date and ensure appropriate representation at meetings
Initiate intake process for all service referrals
Notify family of provider name
Obtain schedule of services from provider and inform service coordinator
Other duties assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
Associates or B achelor's degree a plus
