Position Summary

The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing all front desk operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience from arrival through departure. This role provides leadership to the front office team, maintains Marriott brand standards, drives guest satisfaction, and ensures efficient daily operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, service-oriented, and able to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead, coach, and develop front office associates to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, policies, and procedures.
• Manage daily front desk operations, including guest arrivals, departures, reservations, and guest concerns.
• Monitor staffing levels and create schedules to meet business demands.
• Resolve guest issues professionally and efficiently while maintaining a positive guest experience.
• Audit reports, review revenue opportunities, and support operational objectives.
• Partner with housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Conduct training sessions and performance evaluations.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and guest-focused work environment.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hotel front office supervisory or management experience; Marriott experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards.
• Experience with PMS systems and hotel technology platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
