• Office Equipment Available: Standard inpatient hospital equipment
• Specialty Backup Available: Full hospitalist team and NP/PA support
• Support Staff Available: Day team (11 MDs + 2 NPPAs); Night team (1 MD + 2 NPPAs); Swing NPPA coverage
• Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Coverage

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• General inpatient management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active TX license required
• Board: Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Hospital Medicine
• DEA: Active TX DEA required (Schedules II–V)
• Certifications: ACLS required
• Experience: Recent clinical experience required with case logs (past 2 years)
• Other Qualifications: Must meet immunization and CME requirements; no gaps in practice preferred
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide inpatient hospitalist care for adult patients
• Manage admissions, rounding, and discharges
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary hospital team
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR
