Salary: $130,109 - 150,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree plus 6 years of experience in software application development and maintenance, or a high school diploma/GED plus 10 years of equivalent experience.
• We prefer a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification.
• We prefer a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• We prefer 8+ years of hands-on experience building enterprise applications on the Pega Platform.
• We need strong experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH), including Next-Best-Action strategies and real-time decisioning.
• We value hands-on expertise with Pega AI capabilities, including GenAI, Knowledge Buddy, Agentic AI, and AI-enabled workflow solutions.
• We look for solid knowledge of Pega Infinity architecture, Case Management, Decisioning, and BPM.
• We prefer experience integrating Pega with enterprise systems using REST APIs, Kafka, JMS, SOAP, and microservices.
• We prefer experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, as well as Kubernetes and Docker.
• We value strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• We prefer experience leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, and influencing architecture decisions.
• We require excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• We design, architect, and deliver enterprise-grade applications on the Pega Platform.
• We act as the technical lead for complex Pega implementations across multiple business areas.
• We design and implement AI-driven solutions using Pega GenAI, Knowledge Buddy, Agentic AI, and related capabilities.
• We build and optimize Next-Best-Action strategies through Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
• We lead solution architecture, application design, and code reviews to support scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• We create reusable frameworks, components, and enterprise design standards.
• We integrate Pega applications with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, messaging, and event-driven patterns.
• We drive CI/CD adoption, DevOps best practices, automated testing, and release management.
• We troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical leadership during critical incidents.
• We mentor and coach developers, Senior System Architects, and System Architects on Pega best practices.
• We collaborate with enterprise architects, infrastructure teams, security teams, and business stakeholders to define technical roadmaps.
• We ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• We stay current on emerging Pega capabilities, AI technologies, and industry best practices.
