ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Strong customer service experience required
Delivery driver experience preferred
DME or medical equipment experience is a plus
Candidates must be comfortable entering patients' homes and providing hands on equipment education
Ability to safely lift, transport, load, unload, and secure medical equipment required

This position supports VA patients throughout the Milwaukee and Madison service areas
This is much more than a traditional delivery driver position
The Patient Service Technician serves as a direct point of contact with patients and caregivers in their homes
Candidates need the right combination of driving ability, customer service skills, reliability, professionalism, and mechanical aptitude
Healthcare or DME experience is helpful, but strong delivery and customer service experience can translate well into this role
Schedule flexibility is important because patient deliveries and setups can occasionally extend beyond 5:00 PM
