Position: Director, Health Information Management (100% Onsite)
Compensation:
• $90,000 – $135,000 annually
• Approx. $42 – $65/hour based on education and experience
• Relocation assistance up to $5,000
Position Summary:
• Oversees all Health Information Management department operations
• Responsible for record processing, completion, indexing, abstracting, filing, storage, and retrieval
• Ensures coding accuracy and timeliness for acute and ambulatory services
• Manages transcription, release of information, trauma registry, and physician suspension processes
• Maintains compliance with departmental policies and system processes
• Provides leadership, administration, and communication with organizational leadership and staff
