We’re hiring Production Operators (Entry-Level with Training) who are motivated, dependable, and ready to grow into skilled machine operators in a stable, fast-paced environment.

Pay & Schedule

• $19.50 – $21.50 per hour
• 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule
  • 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on
• Built-in overtime + predictable time off
• Consistent weekly scheduling for work-life balance

⚙️ What You’ll Do as a Production Operator

In this hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in keeping production running efficiently while mastering machine operations:

• Operate and support production machinery used in plastic sheet manufacturing
• Perform quality inspections to ensure product standards are met
• Identify and report surface defects or inconsistencies
• Assist with material handling, palletizing, and line support
• Communicate with team leads on production or quality concerns
• Follow all safety and operational procedures to maintain a safe work environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Smithsville, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.50/hr.
