We are looking for a Swing Shift Production Supervisor who thrives in a high-stakes, high-precision environment. salary: $76,000 - $130,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a rigorous safety culture; serve as the primary lead for incident support and safety protocols during swing shift hours.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold stringent quality standards, track Non-Conformance Material (NCM) responses, and collaborate with senior leadership on continuous improvement initiatives.
- Production Oversight: Coordinate daily schedules and workflow for machining and secondary operations.
- Operational Continuity: Facilitate seamless handoffs between the day and swing shifts to ensure zero downtime.
- Team Leadership: Provide active coaching, professional development, and performance management to foster a high-performing, collaborative environment.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to capacity planning by reviewing resource allocation (personnel, equipment, and floor space).
- Metrics & Accountability: Drive team performance against KPIs, including productivity, process yield, and manufacturing variances.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with cross-functional managers to ensure resources and schedules align with broader business goals.
Schedule Note: This role requires a start time between
3:00 PM and 5:00 PM . Occasional attendance at day-shift meetings or training sessions may be required.
