Title: Project Coordinator IV

Location: Schenectady, New York, United States of America, 12345

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Schedule: Monday Friday | 8am - 4pm

Pay Rate: $40/hr - $55/hr on W2.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, validate, and distribute daily project updates from field leadership including safety, progress, staffing, and issues.
• Maintain daily and weekly project dashboards, trackers, and status reports for internal and customer use.
• Assist with preparation and submission of customer invoices.
• Support project budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting activities.
• Assist with project schedule updates and execution tracking.
• Coordinate with field supervisors, technicians, engineering, logistics, and subcontractors.
• Prepare for kickoff meetings, execution reviews, and project closeout.

Must Haves:

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance or HSD/GED with equivalent field experience
• 0-3 years of experience in project coordination, project controls, construction or field operations
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in cost tracking and invoice reconciliation
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; experience with ERP or project management systems preferred

Plusses:

• Experience as a Project Coordinator in the Wind industry
• Experience with Smartsheet
