You will communicate with clients, help coordinate travel-related details, provide information, and ensure each client receives attentive and professional support from the initial inquiry through the completion of their plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients by phone, email, and online messaging platforms.
• Assist clients with travel planning, scheduling, and experience-related requests.
• Coordinate travel details, preferences, and service arrangements.
• Provide clients with accurate information regarding available options, schedules, and requirements.
• Assist with reservations, confirmations, updates, and changes as needed.
• Maintain organized client records and travel-related documentation.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their plans are properly coordinated.
• Address questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Deliver a personalized and positive client experience throughout the planning process.
