Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Architect PEGA to lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise-scale Pega solutions for a leading manufacturing client. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Pega headless implementations , Pega DX API (DXAPI) , solution architecture, and enterprise-grade application delivery. This role requires strong technical leadership and hands-on experience designing scalable, high-performance Pega applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise-grade Pega solutions aligned with business and technology objectives.
• Lead the implementation of Pega headless (UI-decoupled) architecture .
• Design and implement API-driven user interfaces using Pega DX API (DXAPI) .
• Define solution architecture, integration patterns, and technical roadmaps.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including design reviews and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and recommend optimal solutions.
• Support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives by leveraging Pega capabilities.
• Mentor development teams and ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Pega application development and architecture.
• Strong experience with Pega Headless Implementation (UI-Decoupled Architecture) .
• Expertise in Pega DX API (DXAPI) for API-driven UI integration.
• Strong background in solution architecture , application design, and enterprise delivery.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise Pega implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of integration frameworks, REST APIs, and enterprise architecture.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in the Manufacturing domain.
• Experience with enterprise application modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams.

Certifications (Mandatory)

• Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) or
• Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) Certification
