Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint / Excel Developer to support business operations, reporting, and collaboration initiatives within a growing biotechnology organization. This role will focus on developing and maintaining SharePoint-based solutions, advanced Excel reporting tools, workflow automation, and data management systems that support cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance.

The ideal candidate combines strong Microsoft 365 technical expertise with the ability to understand business processes in a regulated biotech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, lists, forms, and workflows
• Build advanced Excel-based solutions including dashboards, automation tools, templates, and reporting models
• Develop automated workflows using Power Automate and integrate with Microsoft 365 applications
• Create and maintain Power BI reports and data visualizations for operational and executive reporting
• Support document management, version control, and collaboration processes in regulated environments
• Develop VBA macros, Power Query transformations, and Excel automation solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Maintain data integrity, security permissions, and compliance standards across SharePoint environments
• Troubleshoot system issues, optimize performance, and provide end-user support and training
• Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and process improvement initiatives
• Document technical specifications, workflows, and user procedures
