Join Our Client as a Technical Support Specialist in Portage, MI an 8-time World's Best Workplace impacting 150M+ patients. With specialized training or education (no experience required!), provide key technical support to scientists and engineers for this role.

location: Portage, Michigan

salary: $23 - 30 per hour
work hours: 10pm to 7am
education: Associates

responsibilities:

• Assist engineers and scientists on a variety of hands-on technical tasks across multidisciplinary functions.

• Recommend effective methods and procedures, while authoring comprehensive technical documentation and reports.

• Perform technical evaluations of operational events to identify root causes and recommend actionable corrective steps.

• Adhere to clearly defined instructions, workflows, and standardized procedures to ensure quality execution.

• Make sound, straightforward decisions by evaluating and selecting between established, proven solutions.
