Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We prefer at least 1 year of experience in a Help Desk, Service Desk, IT support, or customer-facing technical support setting
• We need a basic understanding of user and account administration
• We require experience supporting Windows environments
• We value familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and services
• We look for basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID or Azure AD
• We expect strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• We need excellent communication and customer service skills
• We require the ability to manage multiple support tickets and prioritize requests effectively
• We value the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Preferred experience includes working with a Help Desk or Service Desk ticketing platform
• Exposure to Microsoft Entra ID or Azure AD administration is preferred
• Experience supporting Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, or OneDrive is preferred
• Exposure to Dynamics 365 is a plus
• Experience supporting remote users and distributed environments is preferred

• We create, modify, and deactivate user accounts
• We perform password resets, name changes, group administration, and licensing updates
• We manage and resolve Tier 1 support tickets
• We provide basic support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID
• We troubleshoot common Windows issues such as login and access problems, Windows updates, system health checks, software installations, audio and video issues, and equipment, peripheral, and accessory concerns
• We assist users with basic hardware and software questions
• We document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the ticketing system
• We escalate issues that require additional technical support
• We learn additional systems, applications, and support processes as our knowledge of the environment grows
• We support basic user management within business applications as needed

We are seeking a Tier 1 IT Support Specialist in Colorado Springs, CO to provide day-to-day technical support and user administration. This entry-level support role focuses on basic user account management, ticket resolution, Microsoft 365 support, and general Windows troubleshooting, with opportunities to expand our knowledge of additional systems and processes over time.
