What You'll Do

As a Remote Client Success Representative , you'll serve as a trusted resource for clients while developing valuable communication, customer service, and leadership skills.

Client Service & Relationship Building

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and scheduled phone appointments
• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
• Explain products and services clearly and professionally
• Help clients understand options based on their individual needs
• Assist with applications, enrollment, and benefit updates
• Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up support
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Build long-term relationships through professionalism, reliability, and consistent communication

Professional & Leadership Development

• Participate in structured virtual training and coaching
• Learn from experienced mentors and leadership professionals
• Develop communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
