Position Overview

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, guiding team members, and ensuring every guest receives the warm, welcoming experience Culver’s is known for. You’ll help maintain high standards, coach younger staff, and keep the restaurant running smoothly and efficiently.

This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy mentoring others, and want to grow within a stable, supportive company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members during shifts to ensure smooth, efficient operations

• Maintain a positive, professional environment for both guests and staff

• Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members

• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are consistently met

• Help manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, and shift planning

• Handle guest concerns with patience, professionalism, and problem‑solving

• Take responsibility for opening or closing the restaurant as needed
