Job Description:
The Creative Producer will lead fast-turn creative production for radio and TV/CTV ad campaigns, combining scriptwriting, AI voice generation, and end-to-end asset production under tight launch timelines.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Write short-form ad scripts (:15/:30 radio and TV spots) aligned to campaign themes and competitive positioning
Produce and edit radio spots using AI voice tools, including music, VO, and SFX
Edit TV/CTV commercials in Adobe Premiere Pro (and basic After Effects)
Generate AI voiceovers using tools like ElevenLabs or Descript and sync to visuals/audio
Manage multiple asset versions and deliver broadcast-ready files on strict deadlines
Assemble and iterate on creative based on rapid client feedback
Work with provided footage (100 clips distilled into usable edits) and request additional assets as needed
Ensure proper formatting for broadcast, including localized end cards per market

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

End-to-end video production experience, especially :15/:30 TV and CTV ads
Project management experience in creative or agency environments
Background in automotive or service industry advertising
Experience working in high-volume, fast-turn production environments
Strong ad scriptwriting skills for short-form performance-driven creative
Understanding of broadcast/CTV specs, codecs, and delivery requirements
Ability to work fast, take direction, and independently execute polished creative assets

Nice-to-Haves:

Hands-on experience with AI voice tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, Descript)
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and basic Adobe After Effects
Audio production experience (Adobe Audition or equivalent)
